Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership at Vor Amé. Responsibilities
Calendar Management
Manage complex diaries, schedules, and priorities for senior leadership with precision and foresight.
Correspondence
Handle all inbound and outbound communications with professionalism, discretion, and speed.
Logistics & Travel
Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for leadership trips.
Stakeholder Liaison
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Research & Briefings
Conduct research and prepare clear, concise briefing documents, presentations, and reports.
Project Support
Track key deliverables and action items across teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a PA or in a senior administrative role.
Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or equivalent tools.
Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally.
Discretion, trustworthiness, and a proactive mindset.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product Growth to join our team. You will be responsible for scaling the app through product-led, data-driven growth across the full user lifecycle — working closely with product, design, and leadership to drive experimentation, activation, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
Set the strategic direction for growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Data & Analytics
Use MixPanel and RevenueCat to analyse funnels, retention, and monetisation and surface clear insights.
Full-Funnel Optimisation
Identify friction points across onboarding and activation, evaluating success through LTV, churn, and revenue.
Content & Messaging
Define messaging strategy that communicates product value at each lifecycle stage with clarity and trust.
Paid Channels
Lead paid growth strategy across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to validate positioning and drive scalable acquisition.
Experimentation
Establish a structured testing framework across acquisition channels, web, and in-app experiences.
Requirements
Proven experience driving product-led growth for a mobile app or subscription product.
Hands-on experience with MixPanel (funnels, cohorts, retention) and RevenueCat.
Solid understanding of full-funnel growth from acquisition through revenue.
Experience with paid growth channels evaluated through downstream product metrics.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into clear priorities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership.
